What You'll Be Doing:
- Guiding newcomers through housing, banking, PPSN, and settling-in essentials
- Organising property viewings and supporting rental applications
- Preparing welcome packs and offering local insights on Cork's transport, amenities, and lifestyle
- Coordinating move-in dates, liaising with landlords, utility providers, and service partners
- Managing multiple client cases with attention to detail and excellent organisation
- Being a friendly, reliable point of contact throughout the relocation journey
Who You Are:
- You have a customer-focused mindset - hospitality, travel, or client-facing experience counts!
- Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Local knowledge of Cork and surrounding areas
- Full, clean driving licence and legal right to work in Ireland
- Proactive, personable, and passionate about helping others feel at home
