Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of project interventions, Manage program protocols, capacity building, research, and evaluations, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic Portfolio Management:Regularly consolidate and share learning insights with stakeholders
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and sustainable impact. Establish local and global networks for cross-learning and project amplification. Engage government officials to promote impact and systemic change.
Governance and Controls: Implement project governance structures to ensure effective execution, including managing advisory committees, incubation partners, and various task force groups.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track project outputs and outcomes, manage budget expenditures, and oversee project evaluations and impact assessments. Prepare financial, statistical, and progress reports, and make recommendations to management
Promotional Support: Contribute to enhancing the organization's image by supporting promotional and publicity activities related to the Trust's charitable works. Represent the organization at relevant ceremonies and stakeholder engagement activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
12 years of relevant experience, including 5-8 years at a mid-senior level, ideally in social welfare, public administration, consulting, human resources, or the charity and grant-making sector.
Proven track record in managing complex and/or large-scale projects.
Knowledge of research, evaluation, and data analysis is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated passion and insight into the evolving needs of the youth population.
