A retail brand is seeking a dynamic Senior HR and Admin Manager to join the regional team. This pivotal role focuses on Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR Business Partnering (HRBP), overseeing a team of 4 professionals to drive HR excellence across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership and key business units (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance and Planning)
Manage and develop a high-performing team of 4 HR and admin specialists
Implement HR policies and practices that support business environments
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives
Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within fashion retail, FMCG, or lifestyle industries
Proven expertise in talent acquisition and HR business partnering at a regional level
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring teams
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and markets within the region
