Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and responding to inquiries as appropriate.
Document Management: Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations; ensure files are organized and up to date.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and materials preparation.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
