About the role
As a Training Assistant, you will play a vital role in conducting presentation, administration work and support the training department
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the training, events and projects.
- Assist in preparing training materials including video preparation, presentations, and documentation.
- Deliver internal presentations or briefings to employees as assigned, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and professionally presented.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and workshops, including scheduling, room setup, and attendee management.
- Prepare data analysis and generate reports related to training activities.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in any related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; Fresh graduated welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate in event coordination and media production
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Fluency in spoken and written English & Chinese.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred
