Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer employee benefits programs, including leave management, medical insurance, and retirement schemes, tailored to regional requirements.
Prepare and file taxation documents and reports for various jurisdictions.
Assist in the preparation of compensation and benefits budgets across regions.
Address staff inquiries regarding payroll and benefits matters promptly and professionally, providing regional insights as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams on compensation and benefits operations, ensuring alignment with regional policies.
Participate in special projects as assigned, focusing on regional HR initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits, particularly payroll, across multiple regions.
Experience managing payroll processes and benefits administration in various jurisdictions is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in relevant regions.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
