Deliver comprehensive HR support across various functions, including onboarding and offboarding procedures, employee lifecycle management, HRIS data updates, and staff engagement initiatives.
Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle - from posting job ads, screening candidates, arranging interviews to facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
Administer and oversee employee benefits programs such as group medical insurance, MPF contributions, and tax filings - ensuring accurate data collection, enrollment, updates, and renewals.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure proper documentation of all HR-related matters.
Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including inventory control, vendor management, and general facility upkeep.
Handle and process invoices, bill payments, and reimbursement requests with accuracy and timeliness.
Contribute to the planning and execution of company events, staff gatherings, training sessions, performance appraisals, and team-building activities.
Support various ad hoc assignments and projects as required.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR and office administration.
Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously is a plus.
Solid knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations and best practices; proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
Confident in communicating across all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leadership.
Highly organized, proactive, and dependable with a strong sense of accountability.
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
