About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of a mature ServiceNow platform.
This is a hands-on administration role focused on platform operations, user support, governance, and continuous improvement. It is best suited to someone who enjoys managing and supporting a live ServiceNow environment rather than delivering implementation projects or extensive custom development.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform across multiple business functions.
- Manage user accounts, groups, roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Support Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management processes.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and operational stability.
- Manage upgrades, patches, releases, and platform maintenance activities.
- Investigate and resolve ServiceNow-related incidents and support requests.
- Configure forms, workflows, notifications, and service catalog items.
- Ensure platform governance, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and user experience.
- Provide ongoing BAU support for a live production environment.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform administration and support.
- Experience managing:
- Users, groups, and roles
- Access controls and permissions
- Service Catalog
- Incident and Request Management
- Platform configuration and maintenance
- Experience supporting business users and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades, release management, and platform governance.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions across technical and business teams.
Desirable
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience supporting multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Exposure to ITIL-based service management environments.
- Experience with platform reporting and dashboards.
