As a Senior Trust and Safety Analyst, you will drive high-impact initiatives across multiple areas of abuse and harm mitigation. Operating at the intersection of analytics, operations, and stakeholder management, you will navigate complex, ambiguous challenges to deliver actionable insights, evaluate edge cases, and create lasting operational improvements through revamped programs, processes, and systems.
Acting as a trusted domain expert, you will build cross-functional global partnerships, influence strategic direction, leverage advanced AI/LLM technology, and support data-driven decision-making to protect ecosystems.
Technical & AI Transformation
Apply artificial intelligence and develop tooling, including LLM-driven solutions, to automate manual review processes and transform operational workflows.
Curate, evaluate, and quality-check training data for LLMs used as auto-raters, ensuring alignment with deep policy knowledge.
Operational Program Management
Coordinate between engineering teams and vendor partners to support e-commerce product classification initiatives
Write operational guidelines, manage service delivery, and review label data produced by vendor teams.
Design, refine, and optimize business processes to reduce latency, resolve operational errors, and ensure high accuracy.
Data Analytics & Strategy
Monitor weekly metrics, performing deep-dive analyses and presenting reports to guide strategic decisions.
Serve as a SME in business analytics, statistical methods, and context for global stakeholders.
Align business strategies with system integrations to maximize performance across key functions.
Escalation & Stakeholder Management
Partner with cross-functional global leaders to drive project recommendations through to implementation.
Respond to and resolve media or user escalations, coordinating with manual reviewer teams at vendor companies and implementing scaled solutions where required.
Lead complex projects end-to-end, including timeline estimation, issue tracking, status reporting, and documentation.
Experience: 5 to 7+ years of experience in Trust and Safety, anti-abuse, or cyber security.
Domain Knowledge: E-commerce or online marketplace experience (e.g., counterfeit goods, weapons, or illicit drugs policy enforcement) is highly advantageous. Tech industry background is required.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities. SQL or coding skills are a major advantage. Experience using generative AI tools in day-to-day workflows is highly valued.
Balance of Skills: A candidate who effectively blends technical/analytical capabilities with operational rigor and stakeholder management, rather than a purely operational profile.
