We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join my client's internal French Operations Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone fluent in English and French who enjoys supporting business operations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring processes run smoothly.
You'll play a key role in keeping administrative, client, and operational activities organised and efficient - helping to deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations Team.
Manage and process data accurately across internal systems and reports.
Prepare and maintain documentation, spreadsheets, and correspondence in both English and French.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure tasks and requests are completed efficiently.
Support onboarding and setup processes for new accounts, projects, or clients.
Help streamline workflows and suggest process improvements where possible.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Previous experience in administration or customer service (ideally in a fast-paced environment).
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
