Our client is a leading automotive organisation that is seeking a Data Administrator to support its vehicle remarketing operations in Ireland. Working as part of a small, high-performing team, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the preparation, inspection and sale of returned vehicles across multiple remarketing channels, including direct brand partner sales and external auctions.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Collection, Inspection & Preparation

Coordinate vehicle collection requests and manage nationwide logistics with transport partners.

Ensure independent vehicle inspections are completed on schedule and in line with service standards.

Review inspection reports to assess condition, mileage and damage for end-of-contract purposes.

Prepare remarketing valuations and reserves following internal pricing strategies and compliance guidelines.
Remarketing Administration & Sales Tracking

Maintain accurate remarketing databases and ensure vehicle records are updated promptly.

Support the remarketing team in progressing stock through the sales process efficiently.

Record sales performance and prepare reports for management.

Manage incoming queries through the remarketing inbox and ensure timely responses.
Financial Coordination

Process supplier invoices and ensure correct allocation.

Generate and manage vehicle sale invoices and track payments through to reconciliation.

Prepare billing documentation related to vehicle damage or excess wear and tear.
Process Management & Improvement

Support ongoing process reviews and documentation updates.

Assist with testing and implementation of system enhancements.

Prepare data-driven reports and presentations to support decision-making and project work.
