Contract: 6 Months
Salary: €30, 000
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer ledgers by reconciling balances and ensuring all payments and adjustments are correctly recorded.
- Contribute to the daily running of the credit control function, carrying out routine administrative and follow‑up tasks.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams by phone and email to resolve outstanding balances and address account‑related queries.
- Manage the preparation and processing of new account documentation, ensuring all required information is complete and compliant.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports, along with Vision‑Net checks, to support decision‑making and credit assessments.
- Handle customer issues professionally, providing timely and accurate responses to maintain strong working relationships.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the credit control team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist the Senior Credit Control Team Lead with data analysis, reporting tasks, and ongoing credit control initiatives.
What You'll Need:
- Ideally 0-2 years' experience in a finance, accounts, or credit control support role.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative and financial work.
- Previous experience in administrative and finance support roles with a solid understanding of day‑to‑day operations.
- Proactive and able to work independently, using initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
- Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner when dealing with colleagues and clients.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a consistent work ethic.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
