Senior Credit Controller (18-24 Month FTC)
Location: North Cork
Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 per annum (DOE)
Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 days Onsite / 1 day Remote after agreement)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week
Contract Type: 18-24 Month Fixed Term Contract
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join a highly established, close-knit finance team based in North Cork. You will play a critical role in maximizing cash flow, managing credit risk, and supporting key business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Cash Flow & Debt Management: Proactively obtain payments for due invoices, review customer contractual information, and apply monies received in a timely manner.

Risk & Reporting: Prepare accurate weekly debtors reports and monthly status updates for the Finance Director, Credit Manager, and Senior Management.

Query Resolution: Directly resolve customer queries and collaborate with sales and legal teams to prevent payment delays.

Governance & Efficiency: Maintain strict adherence to Corporate Governance, support SOP development, and manage unpaid direct debits daily.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth onboarding and trading for approved new business.

Essential Criteria:

FMCG Industry Experience: Proven track record working within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.

Credit Control Expertise: Strong background in technical credit management, cash collection, and corporate governance.
