    Salary: €32K+ (DOE)
    Hours: Monday to Friday

    The Role

    Seeking a Transport Administrator to join a well-established and growing transport operation based in Little Island, Cork. This is a permanent, Monday-Friday position offering excellent long-term career progression within a supportive and fast-paced logistics environment.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily transport and fleet operations, acting as a central point of contact for internal teams, customers, and third-party service providers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing proof of delivery (POD) documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and filed correctly

    • Uploading and processing purchase orders (POs) and invoices, maintaining organised and up-to-date systems

    • Coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, liaising with workshops, suppliers, and parts providers to minimise downtime

    • Tracking maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements

    • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and third-party logistics partners, handling queries professionally and efficiently

    • Supporting transport planners and operations teams with general administrative duties

    • Maintaining accurate transport and fleet records across internal systems

    • Proactively identifying process improvements and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

    Experience Requirements

    • Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or administration role (transport admin experience is an advantage)

    • Strong communication skills with confidence dealing with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders

    • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

    • Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and internal systems

    • A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
