Relief Medical Administrators
We are currently recruiting friendly, professional, and dependable Relief Medical Administrators to provide essential front-of-house and administrative support across multiple healthcare locations. One multi-site position covering various locations across Cork (a full, clean driving licence is required for this role)

Hours & Pay

Primarily overnight shifts, 6:00pm - 8:00am

€18+ per hour base rate (additional shift allowances may apply)
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently

Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

Complete administrative duties including data entry and mail handling

Adhere to site-specific procedures, policies, and security protocols

Provide reception and administrative cover across multiple locations as required

Be flexible to work overnight shifts when scheduled
Requirements
-
Previous experience in a receptionist, medical administration, or customer service role is desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office

Reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently

Access to own transport is highly advantageous due to multi-site coverage

A full, clean driving licence is required for the multi-location role
