Invoicing: Process supplier invoices (AP) accurately and raise customer invoices (AR).
Record Keeping: Maintain clean, organized financial records and support day-to-day finance admin.
Problem Solving: Assist in resolving invoice queries and discrepancies.
Coordination: Book and coordinate transport for customer orders and incoming goods.
Liaison: Work closely with Production, Sales, and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Documentation: Prepare shipping paperwork and proactively resolve delivery issues.
Communication: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and inquiries.
Office Flow: Support general office organization and keep internal systems up to date.
Experience: Proven background in an accounts, admin, or office-based role.
Skills: Proficient in Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is highly advantageous.
Traits: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a professional communicator.
