A leading national agency within Ireland's film, television drama sector is seeking a Clerical Officer to join its Dublin-based team.
This organisation plays a central role in supporting and investing in creative talent across development, production, distribution and skills development within the Irish screen industry. Working closely with producers, filmmakers, animators, studios and industry stakeholders, the agency is a key driver of Ireland's global screen reputation.

Reporting within the Dublin office team, this position will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support across the agency.
Provide front-of-house and general office administration support (phones, meeting rooms, visitor coordination)
Manage office supplies and general facilities administration
Support travel, accommodation and festival registration arrangements
Oversee management of the central info inbox
Coordinate archive movements within the Dublin office
Provide administrative support to the Executive Management team (events, bookings, reporting, data entry)
Assist Marketing & Communications with promotional opportunities as required
Maintain data management and filing systems
Deliver excellent stakeholder service, handling queries and complaints professionally
Support onboarding processes and internal staff events
Assist with in-person meetings and office coordination
Contribute to Health & Safety and staff wellbeing initiatives
Prepare management reports as required
Collaborate cross-functionally across teams
Maintain awareness of available funding supports and services to accurately respond to stakeholder queries
Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
