Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound telephone calls from our customers.
- Providing first class customer service our to customers.
- Issuing purchase orders to our suppliers.
- Processing of purchase invoices.
- Providing administrative support to the Service department.
- Updating our customer/driver database.
- Working closely with the Service team and Service Manager on repairs and maintenance.
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Ad hoc duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Motor/fleet industry experience (essential)
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivator and excellent team player
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and have an ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong IT skills
- Customer driven with the ability to deal and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the business
- Full Driver Licence required (EU or EEA)
