Urgently seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to the CEO of a fast-paced company headquartered in Limerick. This is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, excels at managing competing priorities, and brings professionalism and discretion to everything they do. This is a temporary position and would be a great fit for someone with the experience, between roles.
The Role:
You'll work directly with the CEO and the wider Senior Leadership Team, playing a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full inbox and complex diary management for the CEO
- Organising high-level meetings - agendas, materials, follow-ups
- Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinating board-level meetings and company-wide events
- Managing local and international travel arrangements
- Tracking expenses and producing reports
- Acting as liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders
- General office management and ad hoc projects as required
What We're Looking For:
- 3rd level qualification in Business or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar EA or PA role, ideally supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level)
- Professional, flexible, and calm under pressure
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality is a must
