TA Coordinator - Fluent English with Spanish - Portuguese

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones
• Deliver a first-class candidate experience, ensuring timely and professional communication
• Maintain accurate data entry to support a seamless recruitment process
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to both candidates and hiring managers
• Support candidate pre-screening activities where required

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar Talent Acquisition Coordinator role
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese is essential
