My client is seeking a HR Generalist to join their HR team on a 12-month contract.
The primary purpose of the role will be to support the business on all HR related matters.
Key accountabilities include:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process delivering first class candidate experience.
- Responsible for ensuring policies/procedures are up to date at all times.
- Issuing contracts in a timely manner.
- Supporting wellbeing initiatives as required.
- Accurate maintenance of employee data on relevant HR systems.
- Other HR Projects as required.
Experience required:
- 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant area.
- Proven track record working in a HR Generalist role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
