HR Business Partner - Cork - Contract role

Exciting new opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a leading global organisation based in Cork. As the primary point of contact for the Irish leadership team, the HRBP will play an integral role in implementing the People Strategy for the organisation at a local level. This is a contract role with flexibility to work either 4-day or 5-day week.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Play a key role supporting business leaders on all people related matters, delivering the HR agenda in line with business goals.
• Play a lead role in supporting all ER processes and agendas.
• Ensure best practice is delivered in line with Employment Law and Legislation.
• Supporting the Recruitment process, ensure competitive advantage with compensation and benefits and salary benchmarking.
• Lead the Talent Management and Succession planning programmes for the organisation.
• Support Performance Management programme, with a keen focus on clear and measurable KPI's
• Drive a positive culture, embedding best practice in line with Business goals.
• Other HR projects as required

The successful candidate will be third level degree qualified (CIPD), with a proven track record working in a similar HRBP role. Acute awareness of Irish Employment Law is imperative. Excellent Key Stakeholder engagement skills required.
