Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for leading the people agenda within the assigned business function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation of the People Strategy for the assigned Business Division
- Supporting senior leaders on all people related matters including Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Development agenda.
- Advise on all relevant ER/IR issues where appropriate.
- Trusted advisor to senior managers within the assigned Business Division.
- Support the recruitment process, identifying key talent both internally and externally.
- Implement and support all organisational development changes as required.
- Partner with senior managers to identify and implement training needs in line with business goals.
- Other HR projects as required.
Experience required:
- Third level degree qualified, HR (CIPD Accreditation)
- Proven track record in a similar role - 3-5 years' experience.
- Union experience mandatory.
