HR Generalist - North Cork

Exciting new opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a dynamic organisation based in North Cork. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will be responsible for implementing the HR agenda for the organisation in line with business needs.

Key responsibilities include: Supporting recruitment, policies and procedures, onboarding/offboarding, supporting with disciplinaries and grievances, performance management, well being initiatives, training and other HR projects as required.

The successful candidate will be 3rd level degree qualified with 2-3 years HR experience in a similar role.
