Exciting new opportunity for a Rewards Specialist to join a leading global organisation based in Cork. This is a contract role with excellent hybrid working conditions on offer.
The primary purpose of the Performance & Reward Specialist is to support and administer the Performance Review Process, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reward-related activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain Performance Review Process timelines and ensure adherence to key milestones
- Coordinate Performance Review Process activities across departments, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Identify opportunities to automate and future-proof Performance Review Process
- Maintain documentation and process guidelines for Performance Review Process
- Administer bonus processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Liaise with managers on performance ratings and bonus outcomes
- Maintain and manage performance and reward data records with high accuracy
- Maintain and track records of employees on Performance Improvement Plans
- Proactively recommend and implement improvements
- Support the transition toward more automated and scalable systems
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- Experience within Reward, HR, or HR Administration environments
- Understanding of Performance Review Processes or similar frameworks
- Strong numerical and analytical skills (finance background beneficial)
