About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused HR Adviser to join our People Experience Team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for employees, managers, and candidates throughout the EMEA region, with a primary focus on Ireland.
As a trusted HR partner, you will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, provide expert guidance on employment policies and processes, maintain accurate HR data, support onboarding, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional people services.

Key Responsibilities
Employee & Manager Support
- Respond to HR-related queries from employees, managers, Centres of Excellence (Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Payroll), and external vendors via HR case management systems and live chat.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused support while meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, employment legislation, and best practices.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including:
- New hire onboarding
- Employment changes
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Leave management
- Employee exits
- Ensure all employee documentation is processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and local employment legislation.
HR Administration & Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee records within Workday and other HR systems.
- Ensure HR files, reports, and documentation comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Onboarding Experience
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
- Provide candidates with timely communication regarding employment documentation and onboarding requirements.
- Deliver an engaging onboarding experience that enables new hires to integrate successfully into the organisation.
Manager Coaching & Advisory
- Coach and support People Leaders on HR policies, employee relations matters, performance management processes, and employment best practices.
- Provide practical HR advice to help managers make informed people decisions.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with:
- HR Business Partners
- Operations Managers
- Legal teams
- Payroll
- Benefits
- External service providers
- Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient and consistent HR service delivery.
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in or lead HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
- Contribute to cultural initiatives and employee engagement programmes.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in an HR Advisory, HR Generalist, HR Shared Services, or Employee Experience role.
- Knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience using HR Information Systems (preferably Workday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
- Experience supporting multiple countries within the EMEA region.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification.
- Experience working in a shared services or multinational environment.
- Knowledge of HR case management systems.
- Contribution to HR process improvements and operational excellence.
