Working as an embedded Morgan McKinley contractor within our client's HR team, the HR Advisor will cover the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role acts as a trusted partner to managers and employees across Ireland, the UK, and expanding regional markets. The position demands a balance between fast-paced, SLA-driven ticketing management and strategic advisory, investigation support, and process improvement.
Manage high-volume ticketing and case queues, delivering against strict SLA compliance metrics.
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding journey, including offer generation, background screening, employment contracts, and new-hire inductions.
Administer offboarding procedures, leave requests, and employee benefits programmes.
Maintain accurate employee records within Workday and compile monthly HR data reports.
Provide clear policy guidance and employment legislation support to hiring managers and employees.
Support workplace investigations, grievance handling, and ethics or performance concerns with high discretion.
Collaborate with People Business Partners, Legal, Centres of Excellence, and Works Councils to mitigate operational risk.
Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, including exploring AI capabilities to streamline HR processes.
Liaise with external vendors and regulatory bodies as required.
