Exciting new opportunity for a HR Manager to join a leading organisation based in Cork. As a key member of the Leadership team, this role reports to the VP of HR and will lead/implement the HR Strategy for the organisation in Cork.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and implementing the HR strategy for the organisation in line with business goals.
- Partner with senior managers and lead the Talent Management strategy across the organisation.
- Partner with senior leaders, coaching and advising on all people related matters.
- Develop and implement the recruitment strategy.
- Ensure policies/procedures are implemented in line with current legislation.
- Lead and support the organisation on all aspects of ER/IR issues..
Experience required:
- Third level degree qualified, CIPD accredited.
- 5-7 years' experience in a senior HR role
- Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills
