HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, flexible core hours)
This role will suit a Senior HR Generalist looking to step into their first HR Manager role, or a HR Manager looking to step into a role with more flexibility. This is a standalone role reporting directly to the Managing Director at a medium sized private organisation.
This position offers a dynamic mix of operational day-to-day HR execution and strategic influence, giving you a real voice in shaping company culture, engagement, and key compliance initiatives like EU Pay Transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR & Advisory: Partner directly with the Managing Director and senior management, providing trusted guidance across all people-related decisions.
- Employee Relations & Organizational Change: End-to-end management of complex ER cases, long-term sick leave, performance management, and organizational restructuring/redundancy processes.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee a robust, fair recruitment process for key operational and senior roles - ensuring unbiased interviewing practices, diversity, compliance, and seamless onboarding.
- Contract Management & Compliance: Lead essential compliance initiatives, take ownership of the upcoming EU Pay Transparency project, and maintain clean HR administration (no payroll required).
- Culture & Engagement: Drive fresh employee engagement initiatives to build a positive, forward-thinking workplace culture across both campuses.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a HR Generalist or Senior HR Advisor role.
- ER & Restructuring Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing redundancy processes and complex ER matters is attractive but not essential.
- Stakeholder Management: Confident communicator comfortable sitting on senior management panels and challenging bias.
- Industry Background: Open to all industry backgrounds - fresh perspectives are highly valued!
Please note due to a need for hands on experience working with Irish Employment Law, candidates must have 3 years of experience working in Ireland within a role in HR.
