Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €35,000 - €37,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Role:
This is an administration role supporting both the sales and logistics functions in a fast-paced, high-traffic office. You'll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring the smooth processing of orders and contributing to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and logistics departments

Process sales orders, delivery dockets, purchase orders, and invoices with accuracy

Update internal databases and maintain detailed records

Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer queries in a professional manner

Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate collections and deliveries

Welcome visitors to the office and support cross-departmental communication

Assist with stock checks and internal reporting when needed
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of administration experience, preferably in logistics, transport, or a sales-related environment

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a confident, people-focused approach

Comfortable working in a busy office setting

Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
