My client is looking for an organised and proactive Document & Compliance Coordinator to join a small but busy team in Bishopstown. This is a full-time, fully onsite position supporting their national contracting and project teams to ensure smooth documentation processes and help them stay on track with important quality and compliance standards.
In this role, you'll manage project paperwork from start to finish - helping to gather, track, and file essential documents during construction projects. You'll support inspections and approvals by making sure all required files, photos, and certificates are in order. You'll also assist with company audits, quality checks, and environmental and health & safety documentation.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Preparing and submitting key documents before projects begin
Tracking inspection reports, certificates, and paperwork during projects
Collecting and organising final project documents and sign-offs
Supporting the team in meeting internal quality, safety, and environmental standards
Assisting with internal audits and getting ready for external reviews
Keeping document templates and registers up to date
Helping gather feedback from clients and maintaining satisfaction records
Supporting company sustainability and archiving efforts
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys keeping things organised and working closely with teams across both office and site settings.
Previous experience in administration or document control is a must! ideally in an engineering, construction, or project-based environment but this is not essential
