We are seeking a GDPR Administrator to join a small, specialist Data Protection team on a temporary basis. This is a business support role, providing essential support to Data Protection specialists.
The position is ideal for someone who has administrative experience combined with a solid foundational understanding of GDPR and data protection concepts.
Location: Less than 5km from Cork City Centre
Hourly rate: €20 -€22 per hour
Duraition: 2 month contract with potential to go longer
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Data Protection team.
- Triage and log incoming data protection queries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team member.
- Support the handling of data subject access requests (DSARs) and related activities.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation in line with GDPR requirements.
- Assist with reporting and general data protection compliance tasks.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support timely responses to data protection queries.
- Contribute to a smooth-running, well-organised team environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Basic understanding of GDPR and data protection terminology
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work proactively and manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (Cork location).
