We are looking for an experienced administrator to join a busy Marketing team to assist them with their admininstration needs.
This role is an exciting one to have in a well known business in Cork.
This role is 7 weeks on a temporary contract starting the end of October - perfect for anyone who is looking for a short term contract before Christmas!
Hours: 9-5.30 Monday to Friday and is a hybrid role (3 days at home and two in the office)
Location: Cork City with parking available on site
The ideal candidate would have:
- 2 to 3 years administrarion experience
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment
Duties of this role:
- Liasing with staff and clients
- Assisting with raising PO's
- Attention to detail and cross checking prices
- Emails
- Other ADHOC administration duties
