In this role, you will partner closely with People Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, and People Services to support strategic people priorities and ensure world-class HR operations. Key Requirements:
- Lead the local implementation of our global People Strategy, ensuring exceptional standards of employee experience.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to deliver people priorities and support business transformation.
- Support talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
- Guide and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, check-ins, and year-end reviews.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievance resolution and compliance with Irish legislation.
- Support organisational design, change management, and structure optimisationChampion and embed our high-performance, Play-to-Win culture.
- Oversee compensation and benefits processes in line with corporate frameworks.
- Ensure HR policies meet local legislative requirements and global standards.
- Manage global mobility initiatives and employee lifecycle events.
- Contribute to succession planning and leadership development activities.
- Drive diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on complex People & Culture matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
- Manufacturing experience - preferable.
- Strong HR experience within a multinational environment, partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Proven capability in managing complex employee relations, performance, and organisational change issues.
- Excellent facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Confidence interacting with employees at all levels.
