An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive and personable Property and Client Services Coordinator to join a busy and established property services team in Waterford.
This is a varied, front-of-house role at the heart of the office, providing administrative, client and operational support across residential sales, lettings and property management. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for clients and will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This position would suit someone with strong administration, coordination and customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy environment, managing multiple priorities and dealing with a wide range of people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key first point of contact for clients, tenants, landlords, purchasers and visitors.
- Managing calls, messages and general enquiries.
- Manage diaries and coordinate property viewings, valuations, inspections and appointments, ensuring keys and relevant documentation are available.
- Provide administrative support across residential sales, lettings and property management, including tenancy documentation, handovers and record keeping.
- Manage rental property enquiries, listings and marketing materials, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain the office key-management system and coordinate property repairs, maintenance and general office requirements when needed.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the wider team, maintaining high standards of organisation, confidentiality and customer service.
- Assist with show houses, property launches and promotional events, including occasional weekend attendance.
Key Requirements:
- Previous office administrator experience (Desirable)
- Strong organisational and diary-management skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative capability.
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of day-to-day requirements.
