The Opportunity:
The firm are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Qualified Accountant with 1 to 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our team in Tipperary. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead a team, manage a client portfolio, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily SMEs and owner-managed businesses.

Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Prepare and review statutory financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and taxation legislation.

Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients through consistent communication and value-driven service.

Contribute to strategic advisory projects, such as business planning and financial forecasting.

Identify and implement improvements to internal processes and client service delivery.
Candidate Profile:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with 1-5 years PQE in a practice environment.

Proven experience in managing or supervising team members.

Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
