What you'll be doing

Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs, driving strategy through execution.

Deliver pre/post-merger integrations, global system implementations, and operating model redesign initiatives.

Oversee program budgets, KPIs, and governance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Mentor and manage project teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Influence senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.

What we're looking for

15+ years' experience in project/program management or transformation within financial services, preferably in the funds industry.

Proven success in leading complex integration programs, system implementations, and operational redesign.

Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
