    Job Title: Advertising Policy Escalation Specialist - Machine Learning & Compliance

    Duration: ASAP start until 15th September 2026
    Working Schedule: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office)
    Working Hours: 40 per week

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled Advertising Policy Escalation Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority ad policy issues. This role combines policy expertise, data analysis, and machine learning to ensure compliance, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze complex issues, and develop innovative solutions to address high-risk cases while supporting the broader sales and policy enforcement strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Policy Escalation & Subject Matter Expertise

    • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for high-priority ad policy escalations.

    • Provide clear, actionable guidance on ad policy matters to internal teams, including sales and customer support.

    • Handle escalations efficiently, ensuring high-risk policy cases are resolved in a timely manner.

    Machine Learning & Automation

    • Architect, build, and deploy ML systems to improve policy compliance.

    • Develop a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI Agent to answer complex policy questions by referencing internal resources.

    • Create Smart Escalation Models that assign priority scores and classification signals to route critical policy cases to the appropriate reviewers.

    Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Own the creation and maintenance of reliable data pipelines to support policy reporting, trend analysis, and model serving.

    • Automate internal reporting and policy newsletter generation to improve team efficiency and decision-making.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with sales, engineering, and Trust & Safety teams to ensure cohesive ad policy enforcement.

    • Embed within existing processes to analyze friction points and outdated documentation, recommending improvements.

    Process Improvement & Best Practices

    • Identify opportunities to enhance ad policy management and escalate solutions to relevant stakeholders.

    • Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices for policy enforcement and automation initiatives.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Strong expertise in digital advertising policy and compliance.

    • Experience with data analysis, pipeline management, and reporting automation.

    • Familiarity with machine learning applications, ideally in policy or operational contexts.

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide internal teams.

    • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage escalations effectively.

    Preferred Skills & Attributes:

    • Experience developing AI agents or ML models for operational or compliance purposes.

    • Strong understanding of automation and workflow optimization in high-volume environments.

    Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle complex policy scenarios.
