Product Manager - Digital and Ecommerce

Our client is looking to bring on an experienced Product Manager for a contract position. In this role, you will drive the strategy and optimization of an omnichannel digital experience for 600k+ members. You will lead the development of customer-facing products, specifically focusing on B2C eCommerce growth, conversion, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a roadmap aligned with business goals, identifying market trends and B2C customer needs.
• Lead the lifecycle of digital products, focusing on frontend optimization and seamless B2C transaction flows.
• Lead cross-functional teams (IT, Design, Marketing) through Agile processes, managing backlogs, Epics, and User Stories.
• Use KPIs and customer feedback to drive data-driven optimization and performance attribution.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business leadership to sell the benefits of omnichannel solutions.
• Ensure all digital assets meet regulatory and security standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Digital/Product Management, with a proven track record managing B2C eCommerce products.
• Strong UX intuition and experience solving frontend problems; ability to run discovery workshops and research sessions.
• Analytical and commercially astute, with the initiative to drive projects to completion.
