A rapidly growing, award-winning medical device manufacturer is hiring a Senior NPI Engineer to lead New Product Introduction projects in a high-tech orthopaedic implant environment.

With major recent investment in a new state-of-the-art manufacturing and R&D facility, this company is scaling fast and pioneering next-generation implant technologies, including advanced additive manufacturing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects from development through manufacturing integration

• Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence

• Support automation initiatives and capital projects

• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance

• Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams

Experience Required

• BSc (MSc desirable) in Engineering

• 3-5+ years' NPI experience in regulated manufacturing

• Strong track record delivering product launches into production

• Project Management and Lean Six Sigma advantageous
