Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of client payrolls across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles
- Processing end-to-end payroll with a strong focus on accuracy and statutory compliance
- Preparing and reconciling payroll reports
- Ensuring all statutory requirements are met, including PAYE, PRSI, USC, pensions, and other deductions
- Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, delivering timely and professional responses
- Supporting audits and contributing to ongoing improvements in payroll processes and systems
Experiance:
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, ideally in a bureau or shared services environment
- Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue compliance
- IPASS qualification (or equivalent) is preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills - this is a key requirement
- Familiarity with payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A collaborative approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and excellent service
