What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in all aspects of administration for Private Equity funds, including fund accounting and financial reporting.
- Deliver high-quality service to a portfolio of clients, ensuring service levels and deadlines are consistently met.
- Liaise with clients, investors, auditors, and other stakeholders on fund activities and audit queries.
- Prepare NAVs, board pack reports, and regulatory returns (Central Bank, CSO, compliance reporting).
- Support client onboarding, ensuring operating arrangements and fund structures are clearly defined.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of fund expenses and operating costs.
- Contribute to team BAU activities, process improvements, and ad hoc projects.
What You'll Need
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; pursuing or recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
- Knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP, US GAAP, or IFRS desirable.
- Experience in management accounts preparation (debits/credits).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong MS Excel and Word skills.
- Knowledge of or willingness to quickly learn Private Equity fund administration.
