Morgan McKinley is partnering with an established organisation in Limerick City to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to join its senior leadership team. This is a senior and commercially focused finance position, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to take ownership across a broad range of financial activities and work closely with key senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and strong financial controls.
- Lead treasury and cash management activities.
- Manage key banking relationships and work closely with external financial partners.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, strong controls and robust governance.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
- Provide senior leadership with meaningful financial insight and commercial analysis.
- Support strategic planning and decision-making through high-quality financial information.
- Drive improvements across finance systems, processes and reporting.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation.
The Ideal Candidate
- Senior finance accounting professional with 10+ years experience
- Strong experience across treasury, banking, funds and financial reporting.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability.
- Strong systems and technology skills, with an interest in process improvement.
- Proven experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- The confidence and maturity to operate at senior leadership level.
