Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of detailed cost estimates for tender and live projects

• Measurement and take-offs from drawings and specifications

• Assessment and comparison of subcontractor and supplier tenders

• Liaison with design teams, commercial managers, and procurement

• Identification of value engineering opportunities and cost risks

• Support tender submissions from pre-construction through to award

Requirements:

• Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline

• Proven experience as an Estimator with a main contractor (Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing

• Excellent numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
