Corporate Finance FP&A

Morgan McKinley, on behalf of our client based in Limerick City, is seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven Corporate Finance Specialist to join a dynamic, forward-thinking finance team. Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, including scenario planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Build robust financial models to support due diligence and investment analysis for M&A opportunities.
• Analyse financial performance, KPIs, and variances to provide clear, actionable insights to senior management.
• Manage financial due diligence and contribute to strategic business expansion projects.
• Review legal and financial documentation, including facility agreements and transactional contracts.
• Prepare bank submissions and ensure covenant compliance reporting is accurate and timely.
• Develop presentations and reports for senior executives and board meetings.
• Support ongoing finance system development and integration, including AI initiatives.
• Offer commercial and financial guidance to stakeholders across the business.
• Contribute to ad hoc strategic finance projects as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3-5+ years' experience in corporate finance or strategic finance roles.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis skills.
• M&A experience on both buy and sell side, including due diligence and investment evaluation is desirable.
• Solid understanding of legal documentation, funding agreements is desirable
