IT Infrastructure & Support Manager
Location: Primarily On-Site - Kildare (Multi-Site: Ireland & UK)
We are working with a well-established, multi-site manufacturing organisation that is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Support Manager to take ownership of its IT operations across four sites in Ireland and the UK. This is a senior, hands-on role supporting a 7-day production environment and will suit a technically strong infrastructure professional who thrives in operational, high-responsibility roles.
This is not a purely strategic or desk-based management position. The successful candidate will lead from the front, balancing people management with hands-on technical delivery.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and user support across the organisation. Working closely with the Head of IT, you will manage a small technical team while acting as the senior escalation point for complex issues. You will ensure high system availability, security, and continuous improvement across all sites.
The role requires flexibility, on-site presence, and participation in out-of-hours and on-call support. Production operates seven days a week, with early morning and evening coverage required.
