We are seeking a proactive and analytical Supply & Demand Planner to join our clients team, reporting to the Head of Procurement. This role is critical in ensuring the right medical products are available at the right time to support uninterrupted supply to clinics and healthcare providers.

You will be responsible for demand forecasting, inventory planning, supplier coordination, and replenishment in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate demand forecasts using data, trends, and customer insights
• Manage inventory levels, safety stock, and product availability
• Oversee purchase orders and supplier performance
• Coordinate with internal teams to align supply with demand
• Monitor inventory risks, shortages, and excess stock
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement in planning processes

About You:

• Experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and ERP/MRP systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment

Desirable:

• Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g. ISO, MDR)
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
