Job Title: Senior Implementation Consultant, EMEA
Location: Remote (Must be based in Ireland)
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the trusted guide for new B2B customers. You will own the post-sale lifecycle, taking clients from initial technical discovery through to software configuration, data migration, and a successful "Go-Live."
You will act as a hybrid tech expert, business analyst, and project coordinator. Your ultimate goal is to ensure our software is perfectly tailored to the client's workflows and that their team loves using it.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovery & Solution Design: Lead workshop sessions with client stakeholders to map their current business processes and translate them into custom configuration requirements.
- System Configuration: Take the softwre "out of the box" and configure custom workflows, user permissions, data fields, and business rules to match the client's needs.
- Data Migration Support: Guide clients through mapping, cleaning, and migrating their legacy data (often from Excel or old databases) securely into our SaaS platform.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients, troubleshooting errors and refining configurations before the live date.
- Training & Change Management: Deliver engaging virtual training sessions to client "Super Users" and build clear, digestible documentation to drive high adoption rates.
- Project Governance: Manage multiple implementation timelines simultaneously, keeping internal and external stakeholders updated on project health, risks, and milestones
What We Are Looking For

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within software implementation, SaaS, or technology environments.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting software solutions.
- Strong proficiency in working with large datasets, including spreadsheet management, data manipulation, formula creation, and CSV file handling.
- Solid understanding of database fundamentals, relational data structures, and data management concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Strong project management and organisational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with a collaborative approach.
- Experience administering Salesforce is desirable.
