We are partnering with a leading financial services firm to hire a commercially driven Employee Benefits Consultant. In this role, you will take ownership of major group client relationships, manage complex renewals, and act as a senior mentor to the internal broking team.
The Requirements
- QFA is essential. (Further qualifications such as MIIPM, AIIPM, CFP, QPT, or PTP are a distinct advantage).
- Proven background in corporate pensions/employee benefits with strong relationship management and presentation skills.
- Highly organised and proactive, with a strong desire to pursue continuous professional development
- Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Portfolio Management, lead annual renewals and reviews across Risk, Pension, and Medical schemes for major corporate clients.
- Advise employers on benefit design, Auto-Enrolment (AE) readiness, and sector benchmarking.
- Supervise and mentor the EB Broker Team, overseeing administration delivery and stepping in for the Associate Director at high-level group meetings.
- Run 1-to-1 EB clinics on client sites, present at pension committee meetings, and represent the firm at industry conferences.
- Liaise directly with insurers and providers to streamline service delivery while championing strict governance and compliance standards.
