    We're currently seeking a Customer Support & Sales Administrator to join a leading industrial distributor based in Galway, supplying over 90,000 products to customers across Ireland and Europe. This is a permanent, full-time position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about delivering first-class customer service.

    The Role:

    You'll support the private label brands division by managing day-to-day customer interactions, coordinating logistics, and contributing to the growth of sales and brand recognition. You'll be a key point of contact for our distributor network and internal teams, helping to drive efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop strong business relationships with new and existing customers
    • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and web in a timely manner
    • Accurately process orders and customer requests to ensure on-time delivery
    • Coordinate delivery schedules and shipping logistics
    • Monitor open orders and collaborate with production/procurement teams to prevent delays
    • Communicate product benefits and support customers with technical queries
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise customer value
    • Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, or conflicts with current business
    • Assist with marketing activities to support brand visibility and sales
    • Work closely with senior stakeholders on sales strategies and business development

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Support, Inside Sales, Sales Admin, etc.)
    • Strong organisational and administration skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to manage international shipments across various geographies
    • Confident learning and discussing technical product features (training provided)
    • Flexible, proactive, and eager to embrace new ideas and processes
    • Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
    • A background or qualification in Technical or Marketing is a distinct advantage
    • A genuine commitment to delivering first-class customer service
